Intro to Strength is for the person who wants to…

  • Start strength training but doesn’t know where to start or how to progress in a safe, reasonable way
  • Conquer pushups
  • Improve posture, mobility, and core strength
  • Create consistency with an exercise program through lots of wins and minimal time/energy commitment (just 30-45 minutes, 3-4 days per week!)
  • Feel stronger and more energized throughout each day!

Intro to Strength is NOT for the person who…

  • Has experience strength training or is super fit already (in these cases, Simple Strength or 1:1 coaching are a better options)
  • Wants to be soaked in sweat or unable to move their body for the rest of the day/week after just one workout
  • Is looking for a weight loss or aesthetic-focused program
  • Has very unique needs or specific goals (1:1 coaching is a better option)

Intro to Strength Includes…

  • 3 months of progressing strength workouts delivered weekly in an online mobile app (True Coach)
  • 3 strength workouts per week + 1 optional yet encouraged long walk
  • All workouts are less than 45 minutes and can be done at home (with some equipment) or in a gym
  • Technique feedback and coaching guidance from me!
