As a strength coach, I support individuals in the pursuit of athletic, fitness, or aesthetic goals (for example: getting stronger, faster, more powerful, leaner, or more muscular while sometimes navigating previous injuries) through optimizing their training and nutrition and reducing risk factors for injury.

I illuminate the path from where an individual is (point A) to where he/she wants to be (point B), combining best practices and the latest research-based evidence.
I provide accountability along the journey and objectively help decide whether or not a specific practice or pursuit is right for an individual.

I educate in the realms of training, nutrition, rehabilitation, recovery, health, and mindset, and I empower individuals and athletes to make autonomous decisions about their athletic careers, lives, and health.

Most importantly, I equip individuals with the self-knowledge and confidence to manifest their best selves.
